Successivamente, il gruppo \u00e8 stato diviso in <\/span><b>tre squadre di colori diversi<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ciascuna con un obiettivo specifico.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gli obiettivi non erano in contrasto tra loro e potevano essere raggiunti contemporaneamente \u2014 ma questo non era stato comunicato ai partecipanti.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pierpaolo ha poi imposto due regole: <\/span><b>non parlare<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e <\/span><b>completare il compito entro dieci minuti<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. In pochi istanti, la situazione \u00e8 degenerata in <\/span><b>competizione, rabbia, incomprensione e frustrazione<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Nessuna squadra ha raggiunto il proprio obiettivo.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante la riflessione finale, i partecipanti hanno risposto a tre domande:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cosa \u00e8 successo?<\/span><\/i><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avete capito gli obiettivi degli altri?<\/span><\/i><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Che ruolo ha avuto il trainer?<\/span><\/i><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le risposte pi\u00f9 frequenti sono state \u201ccaos\u201d, \u201cconflitto\u201d, \u201cdifficile\u201d e \u201cnon lo so\u201d. A quel punto Pierpaolo ha svelato il suo vero ruolo: quello del <\/span><b>creatore del conflitto<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Fin dall\u2019inizio aveva imposto regole, divisioni, senso di appartenenza e pressione del tempo, elementi che avevano portato i partecipanti a concentrarsi solo sui propri obiettivi, dimenticando il dialogo e la cooperazione.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ececbfd
